RV space rent includes taxes, water, sewer, electricity, cable TV, and shower, laundry and toilet facilities. Copier, fax and telephone are available in the office.

Daily Rate:	$30.00
(includes everything)
Weekly Rate:	$165.00
(includes everything)
Monthly Rate:	$300.00
(plus electricity)

To make reservations, a non-refundable deposit ($30.00) is required for the 1st night’s stay. The balance will be due at check in unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We do not take any credit or debit cards. We accept personal checks or cash. Check in is: 12 Noon till 7PM unless other arrangements have been previously arranged. Check out is 12 Noon unless other arrangements have been previously made.

Extra people are $3.00 per person (age 10 and older) per night, No extra charge for children 9 and younger. Check with manager for weekly and monthly charge rate for extra persons.
